Adak-Duah Investment Limited, a part of Adak-Duah Company Limited was incorporated on 13th October 2011 and was authorized to Commence business on 14th October, 2011 by the then Registrar General Department of the Republic of Ghana. The company had humble beginnings, specializing in installations of Intelligent Road Solar Studs with Solar Path USA being our principal before we entered into Real Estate Projects (in 2016) building social housing, complex and luxury houses within Accra and its environs. Its projects extended its tentacles in neighboring countries the same year. The company is run by experienced entrepreneurs with long-lived experiences in the United Kingdom, in the United States of America, United Arab Emirates, etc. Adak-Duah Investment Limited grew exponentially its business horizons over years and it has added a varied range of consultancy services enabling African investors and governments to easily access to funding and financing facility for their investment projects.
ADIL has made lending and borrowing much easier with flexible and affordable financing terms, enabling investors to start their projects with less hustle. The company’s vision is to create avenues for an African entrepreneur to establish long lasting, highly yielding ventures with no much hardship to access funding.
