Agyeman-Duah Addai, he is a Banker, an Entrepreneur, a Philanthropist and a man of God who owns prime companies and ventures in Africa and in the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Agyeman-Duah He has nurtured and watered Adak-Duah Investment Limited to grow and expand its activities all over Africa and in the middle East to offer customized financial consultancies services. He has designed the company to offer Innovative and alternatives ways media to access loan facilities for growing businesses, companies and governments.

Fulgennce Niyonkuru

Chief Executive Officer

Fulgence Niyonkuru is a seasoned social entrepreneur and trained administrator who has over 15 years of experience as senior administrator holding managerial positions in non-governmental organizations and companies he worked for in and outside Africa. A lecturer, writer and consultant, Fulgence has supported and inspired many business in the realm of farming. He owns a number of companies in Ghana and in the United Arab Emirates and serves as the CEO of Adak-Duah Investment Limited in Ghana and Dubai

Dr. Bernard Tetteh-Dumanya is an accomplished financial economist and strategist with over 20 years of experience in project finance, environmental economics, agricultural development, and corporate & financial strategy. A lecturer and consultant, he has occupied leadership roles in academia, public administration, and civic organizations. His focus has been fostering financial inclusion and capacity building, offering financial engineering consultancy services. Dr. Tetteh-Dumanya holds a Doctorate in Business Administration-UK. He is currently the Chief Finance Officer of Adak-Duah Investment Limited.

Frank Owusu Ansah is a successful Entrepreneur, a charted accountant and a Tax Expert. A practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG), Chartered Institute of Tax Accountant (CICTA) - Ghana, Certified International Tax Accountant (CITA) -UK, Chartered Certified Forensic Accountant (CCFA) and a practicing member of Ghana Institute of Consulting (GIC). He Serves in the Audit service department of ADIL and he also heads a team of financial experts and consultants rendering numerous services to ADIL in its financing programs.

Each of these is a seasoned entrepreneur or consultant working to facilitate the works of ADIL in their countries. They play a key role in negotiating deals on behalf of the company and serve as intermediaries between clients and ADIL. These are the only recognized representatives of ADIL for the year 2025.

Who are the representatives of ADIL ?

Country representatives are  mandated intermediaries who represent our company in their countries or in the region.  They are non-salaried agents who assist ADIL to reach out to potential clients and earn commissions out the sealed deals.

How do I become ADIL representative ?

One becomes a country representative upon proving capacity and ability to mobilize  potential allies  in their countries. After demonstrated commitment and hard work, they are offered a formal mandate to represent the company as intermediaries to facilitate the works of ADIL in their respective countries.

Which countries in Africa are you represented in ?

We are currently represented in Burundi, Madagascar, Burkina Faso, Equatorial Guinea, Cote d Ivoire, Gabon, Ghana, Zambia , Benin  and Chad. 

What role does a country representative play ?

A country representative play a signicant role in our company as they are able to understand and know the terrain and investment modalities and mentalities of the people they are living with.  They guide potential clients how to navigante through our processes and educate them on the procedures to access our services. They guide them and offer consultancy services to them when there is a need for that, and they bring to us a file ready to execute 

Can we have more than one representative in one country ?

Yes, we can have more than one representative in one country as our representations do not hold exclusive mandates in a particular country. becoming a country representative is out of merit and demonstrated capacity and required skills. 
The same way, one person can be our representative to a country he or she does not live in, may be based on the connections and links he or she has in that particular country.

Can one person represent more than country

Absolutely, One person can represent us in many countries. Among the representatives that we have, many of them cover many different countries, in and outside Africa. 

What is the requirements for one to be your representative?

ADIL works with people who has a good track record and who are professionals. One is accepted to be our representative after bringing good and quality referrals. We educate them and train them before we give them our mandate, which is actually an annually renewable mandate.
